What is collected, and why
The Odak app collects no consumer health data. What you enter stays on your iPhone and the developer cannot access it.
The only health data the developer can receive is what you choose to write in an email to [email protected], such as a medication name or a question about something that happened in the app. It is used only to answer that email.
Where it comes from
Only from you, in an email you send.
What is shared, and with whom
Nothing is shared or sold. Your email passes through Cloudflare, which forwards it, and the developer's email provider, which stores it. Neither receives it for any purpose of its own.
Your rights
You can ask whether the developer holds any of your health data, ask for a copy, ask who it was shared with, withdraw consent, or have it deleted. Write to [email protected]. You will get an answer within 45 days.
If a request is refused, you can appeal by replying to that answer, and the appeal is decided within 45 days. If the appeal is refused too, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov.
